University of Tasmania (UTAS) was founded on 1st January 1890 and is located in Tasmania, Australia. It was the 4th university to be established in Australia. The University of Tasmania has campuses within the 3 main regions of Tasmania – Hobart within the south, Launceston within the north and Burnie within the north-west – making full illustration throughout the state.
